My coaching approach is practical and long lasting. With practice, you will be able to lift your mood and start feeling better about yourself. You will not rehash past or present life experiences with me. I am not a therapist. I will teach you how to pay attention to what you are thinking and the feelings attached to those thoughts. I will coach you through this practice. You will, if you practice, start to experience more satisfaction and well-being. And when that happens you will be able to increase your energy levels, and start to believe in yourself so that you can live your life with joy and personal satisfaction. Are you feeling stuck in a transition in your life - relationship, work, personal? Are you fed up with feeling anxious, edgy, moody more often than you feel happy and satisfied? Are you finding yourself more and more critical and judgmental of others?
