SAFE International Manitoba

SAFE International Manitoba is a mobile self-defense company that teaches self-defense seminars to corporate groups, women, men, senior citizens, and high schools. Come learn simple yet highly effective self-protection skills that will last a lifetime in a safe, fun and relaxed atmosphere. The SAFE International self-defense course is not just a course on physical self-defense, however: First of all, and most importantly, we cover how to recognize and avoid potential danger through awareness and avoidance strategies and skills. The next step, if necessary, is how to verbally defuse a situation. As a last resort, we teach very basic, easy to remember physical self-defense concepts that are not martial arts/karate oriented. SAFE International Self-Defense courses have been taught to over 180,000 people since 1994. SAFE International Women’s Self-Defense courses have also been featured on Global TV in Toronto.
