Rocky Lake CrossFit

At Rocky Lake CrossFit our passion lies in our community. You might find this hard to believe. After all, a business is created with the intention of making a profit. However, at Rocky Lake, we measure our profits in the achievements of our members, both to their fitness and their overall quality of life. We are CrossFit through and through. We do constantly varied, functional movements at a high-intensity. We keep life’s distractions out of our gym. There are no TV’s, no wasted time on machines and no mirrors. Rather, the machines we use are you. We run. We squat. We press. We pull. We jump. We climb. We demonstrate that fitness is about more than just the way you look on the beach. It’s endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, coordination, balance, accuracy, and most of all, confidence in yourself. Don’t get us wrong, we don’t deny the reality of fitness clubs. They’re a great place to prance around in an aerobics class, in an attempt to look good for your vacation or whatever, but their impact on your fitness lasts about as long as that vacation. Rocky Lake CrossFit takes a stripped down, bare bones approach to fitness where aesthetics are not the end goal, they are simply by-products of the process. The team at Rocky Lake CrossFit consists of avid CrossFit enthusiasts who live and breath CrossFit. We created a gym together that WE wanted to work out in. We purchased equipment that WE wanted to work out with. We program our workouts so others can experience the same results and feeling from doing something they love like WE do. We are in this together with you and we ALL want the same thing. A CrossFit gym that offers everything CrossFit has to offer. We provide the CrossFit experience that we have always wanted. Our CrossFit box is located just up from Sunny Side Mall in Bedford and has 2000 square feet of work out area. We provide the most dedicated coaches money can buy to ensure our members can always get what they need to maximize their CrossFit experience. The one thing about CrossFit that you will hear everywhere is that the community is an unbelievable group of crazy people who all support each other in their quest to be better, stronger, and happier. Our community at Rocky Lake CrossFit is no exception. We work together. We play together. We grow together. It’s a family. It can’t be explained, it needs to be experienced.
