Richard's Hintonburg Kitchen

Richard’s Hintonburg Kitchen is the most recent incarnation of kitchens from which Richard Nigro will be offering tempting, inventive and satisfying foods to the Ottawa community. The kitchen is primarily a take away joint, offering lunches & dinners, take away catering, snacks and other indulgences; there are a limited number of seats and spaces at stand bars that offer a quick in the house lunching opportunity. Inspired by diverse traditional culinary traditions, RHK will create a menu reflecting worldly home cooking: the foods of the home and the foods of the street. The menu in the kitchen will change, in part, on a daily and weekly basis, offering new flavours to tempt and satisfy. Richard’s Hintonburg Kitchen will offer contemporary interpretations of traditional gastronomy drawing, as much as possible, on the seasonal produce of the region. In season, early morning trips to the Parkdale Market, will act as inspiration for the menu; in the season of chill and snow, imagination will inspire the menu. RHK will also be offering cooking classes and special event diners in the kitchen.
