I worked in Toronto in sales for 3 years and in 1985 started Boake Building and Design Ltd. renovating century homes. I loaded up the family and moved my family to the Mansfield area in 1986 and started building custom homes and developing properties and buying commercial properties in and around the Creemore / Mansfield, Mulmur, Clearview areas. In 1996 after 10 years of building, it became apparent that real estate would be a perfect opportunity for me to utilize all of my talents and experience and give myself the opportunity to use my expertise to help people buy and sell property. From the water I am an experienced sailor and seaplane pilot.
