Our cleaning service covers many different residences and specializing in organizing as well as opening/ maintaining /closing vacation homes , move in/move out properties and post construction clean up. We also personally get to know a client on a one on one level, learning and understanding their needs to add in a special touch. Using my 12 year experience and the client’s wants I tailor the methods and technics to work for each and every client. This is a great all in one service. We are the only company in Ottawa and surrounding area that offers all these services together. You can expect the same staff member every time. We usually assign one maid per house or, if necessary, a team of two maids per house. If your regular maid is sick or on vacation, we will assign a replacement maid who will clean your house as scheduled. The substitute maid will follow a list of preprinted instructions to ensure she is familiar with the customer’s particular needs. All Cleaning Services staff are fully bonded and insured. Cleaning supplies and equipment are always provided. We will provide all the cleaning materials and equipment that are needed to clean your house; however, we do not provide special cleaners like stainless steel cleaner or marble cleaner. Most of our supplies are environmentally friendly, but we also have some conventional cleaners which are used if needed. We offer a service that you can depend on each and every time we clean your home. If at any time you are not satisfied call our office within 24 hours and we will gladly send a crew to redo whatever is in question at no extra charge. We will have a check list for maids to work with and also leave for the clients to see what was done and there is room for comments or tasks for the following visit. On the back of the check list will be a questioner for the client to fill out for our personal feedback.
