“Good ingredients make great food.” Chef Nikos Mantis launched Pinetree in 2013 after spending a decade and a half growing his skill-set and studying the food traditions of cultures from the world over. Nikos has enjoyed the mentorship of some of Canada’s top chefs in a variety of fascinating culinary settings, including several years in a 5-Diamond restaurant kitchen where he developed a passion for the quality only good, fresh ingredients can create. Pinetree Catering represents a fusion of the world’s best food traditions and the best ingredients Northwestern Ontario can offer.
