Pilates with Grace

I've been teaching Pilates for over 5 years. I conduct group classes for the City of Toronto's Community Center's and for students at the Michener Institute. I also teach private lessons at homes and studios across the GTA. My training was completed at Second Wind Pilates where I hold the titles of Certified Pilates Instructor and Certified Integrated Movement Therapies Practitioner. I also incorporate breathing techniques in each class and also show various ways of doing an exercise to challenge and advance your skills. Focusing on body awareness, I am a strong believer in the benefits of core conditioning and strengthening through Pilates. I teach challenging classes with variety of techniques working on arms, legs, abs and glutes and include apparatuses such as weights, rings, and balls while working out in a fun and entertaining environment. I also incorporate breathing techniques in each class and also show various ways of doing an exercise to challenge and advance your skills. My ultimate goal is to make you feel good while helping you achieve results. Come prepared for a challenge!
