Pierogi Crave

We strongly believe that you are what you eat. Our passion for healthy and nutritious food drove us to open our store front with the goal of promoting and providing exceptionally good and healthy nutritious meals to as many people as possible. A little bit about our ingredients we use: We make all of our menu items with all natural and organic ingredients. All our meats we use are grass-fed, hormone, and antibiotic free We source our ingredients locally where possible We hand-craft every menu item from scratch to preserve the integrity of our family recipes and deliver exceptional texture & flavor with every bite! Now, when it comes to our pierogi, we use organic flour from K2 Milling – a unique artisanal, flour mill. Their milling process is simple and cool: preserving the taste and nutrition of the whole seed in the flour. Their flour is only milled once and they produce their own electricity from oil in the seeds. The remaining seed meal, after oil is extracted, is milled into flour for food. Basically, we use a pretty cool flour;) Ingredients aside, we also are very careful about our store’s footprint on the environment: We compost all our food waste We recycle We use either eco-friendly recyclable or compostable packaging We produce as little actual waste as possible:) At the end of the day, our hope is to make this world a better place, one pierogi at a time!:)
