Piedmont Valley Farms is family operated, focused on sustainable and ecological development. The 98.6 acre heritage property in Piedmont Valley, N.S. began farmstead re-establishment in 2015 with naturally grown market gardens providing fresh flowers, produce, berries, and pastured poultry eggs. In January 2016 the farm began new pet day care and boarding services and will be expanding the gardens, hen flock and producing CERTIFIED FREE RANGE meat each season. Visit the Farms vendor table at the Merigomish Schoolhouse Market and Cafe on Sundays (1682 Hwy#245 Merigomish 10:00 am - 1:00 pm), June until mid-Dec. Providing naturally fresh nutrition to the local community, and a home away from home for their dog companions.
