PCSM est un organisme à but non lucratif communautaire consacré au soutien des personnes souffrant de problèmes de santé mentale afin qu'elles puissent réaliser leur plein potentiel tout en répondant aux défis de la vie quotidienne au sein de leur communauté. Services Soutien Un service de soutien dans la communauté à long terme (3 mois et plus). est offert aux adultes atteints d’une maladie mentale pour mieux gérer leur vie quotidienne. Logement Service de soutien au logement « CHEZ SOI » : l’objectif de ce service est de soutenir les gens dans leurs démarches pour trouver un logement abordable dans tous les sens. L’individu profitera de l’assistance au long du processus de la recherche, la planification, les droits des locataires, le budget et les visites de logements.
