PEI Real Estate with Greg MacKay

Greg inherited his passion for the real estate industry from his father, a real estate investor. As a child, Greg started by shoveling snow, cutting grass, and painting apartments. He would eagerly wait for the latest real estate book issue to come out to check out the new listings and he always knew the best deals on the market. Seeing his interest, Greg’s father began to include him in the process of making real estate transactions and introduced him to numerous business people in the community. At age 21 he was managing a large portfolio of 13 apartment buildings for his father. In June 2011 he successfully completed the real estate licensing course, and the rest is history! Strategically aligned with RE/MAX Charlottetown, Greg is a full-time REALTOR® and property manager, and is highly knowledgeable about the PEI Real estate market. Holding a Business Administration Diploma, Greg continues to be a keen learner. When he’s not working, he can be found reading the latest business books, volunteering at Big Brothers Big Sisters of PEI, attending Toastmaster meetings, networking at the Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce, walking his dog “Chance” and spending time with family. Greg is very approachable and is always open to discussing the market and what he has to offer as a buyer or selling agent.
