Welcome to Peace River School Division's (PRSD) facebook page. PRSD is a public school division located in northern Alberta that serves over 3300 students and employs over 500 staff in 20 schools. Students in Peace River School Division (PRSD) are offered high quality educational opportunities in safe and caring schools. We focus on student learning and success and believe that every student has unique gifts, talents and their own way of learning. In addition to a focus on core programming, we offer a variety of fine Arts programs, career and technology studies, special education services, second language studies as well as a broad variety of extracurricular and sports programs that make PRSD a first choice for students. Community and parental involvement is important to us. We believe it takes a village to raise a child and that education is everyone’s business. It is proven that students do better when parents and community are involved in their education.
