Parlee Beach Yoga

Begin your mornings practicing yoga on Parlee Beach! Meet us on the sand just outside the supervised zone on the west end of Parlee Beach. Classes run June 16 - September 4. We will begin the classes as follows: Tuesdays 8:30am-9:45am Yin Yang Yoga with Marc Thursdays 8:30am-9:30am Hatha Yoga with Teaghan Fridays 8:30am-9:30am Vinyasa Flow with Marc * If there is rain, extreme winds, or cold, the teacher will post cancellations the night before the class before 9pm. Energy exchange for participation: (suggested donations of $5-$10). If you do not have money, we would be happy to receive a donation of a meal, vegetables, or something you would like to share with us. Please bring: - a beach towel and/or yoga mat - a sweater or towel to use as a prop - anything necessary to ensure comfort and protection from the elements (such as hat, sunglasses, sunlotion, water, snack, windbreaker etc). - a friend! - an open heart If you wish to enter the park with a vehicle please be advised there is an 11$ daily entrance fee which gives you access to the beach and park at large for that day.
