Osprey Yoga was born from the desire of the community to have yoga in Osprey Village. The location is unmatched, with its view directly over a park and on to the mighty Fraser River. Osprey Yoga on the River is located in Osprey Village, Pitt Meadows, BC. Osprey Village offers something for everyone: salons, artists, spots to stop for a drink or a treat, beautiful walking trails along the Fraser River, and a tranquil space for yoga. Why Family? Family is the building block of every person which is why Amanda wanted to find a space to do yoga during and after pregnancy. When looking for yoga as a pregnant momma and later as a mother of one then two boys, Amanda found there were very few options locally that encourage a family practice of Yoga. The vision of Osprey Yoga on the River sprung from allowing a space for families to practice Yoga together. Why Community? It takes a village to raise a child, but also to walk along our own paths. At Osprey Yoga on the River, the connections we make are not only on the mat, but over a cup of tea, walking out of the studio, and beyond. Friendships are formed, for a class, a year, or the rest of our lives. We are not alone…we are all one.
