OpenHUB

OpenHUB is a home for a small community of people with very big ideas. IPAX Inc. has built this resource to support freelance, independent and creative entrepreneurs, workers and small teams by allowing the development of opportunities for creative industries within the context of specialized services and workspaces. We’ve imagined this resource as an Open Hub, designed to gather individuals and businesses from every walk of life and sector of service around facilities for collaboration, work, education, support, events and workshops. For this reason, we’ve created a range of workspace and meeting room offerings built around the ideals of quality, productivity and comfort. OpenHUB offers common areas, workspaces, private desks, meeting places, and limited private office space. OpenHUB is not a rent-a-desk service; it is a co-working space, which, aside from providing office-oriented services, aims to cater to independent, creative and entrepreneurial workers’ need for flexibility and community. At OpenHUB, our community aspires to the global co-working movement’s ideals and we expect those working with us to share in these values: Collaboration: One main benefit of working in a co-working space is that you will meet people: smart people, creative people, people with knowledge and experience and people with an appetite for learning and just starting out. Wherever there’s the possibility and interest, we aim to foster collaboration to support our mutual enrichment and activities. Openness: We believe in transparent and open environments. We also believe in that the free sharing of ideas makes for mutual benefit, and for this we encourage open spaces and discussions. Community: We thrive on connections and mutual support. It is important that everyone give into as well as benefit from the strong community co-working has become. Accessibility: In order to be fully open, we must make the effort to be accessible to all. This means that we endeavor wherever possible to create both a financially and a physically accessible space. We are committed to this principle and welcome feedback on how we can better foster it. Sustainability: By implementing resource pooling methodology, shared spaces on principle economize on everything from energy to waste, thereby allowing more people to affect our planet less. We like to take that a little further and make certain our space is environmentally responsible by providing access to waste separation in accordance with IWMC regulations.
