Oakville Half Marathon

EVENT The 2015 Nutrience Oakville Half Marathon will take place on Sunday, September 27th. Distances include: Nutrience Half Marathon, 10K, 10K Student Relay and 2K Fun Run/Walk! Runners are required to pick up their race kits at the Runner’s Expo held on Saturday, September 19th at Coronation Park in Oakville located at 1426 Lakeshore Road West. THE COURSE All races start at Coronation Park, just east of Third Line. The route then continues east on the Lakeshore where you come to the south side of Suffolk Avenue and the 10K participants separate from the Half Marathon. Half Marathon participants continue east to Morrison Road, loop around and join the 10K once again on the north side of Suffolk Avenue. The course then travels west on Rebecca Street, south on Jones Street and east back to Coronation Park where these two distances will merge with the 2K which is a scenic loop within the park boundaries. Many of these areas include the beautiful scene of Lake Ontario as you run along the waterfront trails and through stunning downtown Oakville.
