Local couple Amanda and Todd Carwell have what it takes to bring the best home care services to local Red Deer Families. Amanda, a Registered Nurse, graduated from the University of Alberta in 2003 before working as a home care Case Manager with Capital Health. It was in this role that Amanda saw the desperate need for in-home healthcare and nursing services. Todd, meanwhile, recently graduated from the University of Alberta as well but with a focus in business. An entrepreneur at heart, Todd knew he and his wife possessed a unique set of skills that could change the way home care was delivered to seniors in Red Deer and Northern Alberta. In order to meet the rapidly growing needs of Red Deer and Northern Alberta seniors for reliable home care services, Amanda and Todd decided to launch a local Nurse Next Door franchise. The couple knew this would be the way they could help Red Deer and Northern Alberta seniors who wanted to stay at home for as long as possible.
