Make the Northern Frontier Visitors Centre your first stop before setting out to explore the Yellowknife area! We carry maps of the city and territory, visitor guides, as well as a wide variety of tourism-related publications and brochures. While you're here, take a moment to browse our exhibits on northern life, nature, culture and history. We also operate two gift shops offering a wide variety of northern souvenirs; one in the Visitors Centre building and the second at the Yellowknife Airport. For tourism operators in the Yellowknife region, consider a Northern Frontier Visitors Association membership your key to unparalleled access to those visiting the north. All of our members receive exclusive access to web and in-centre directory listing, first consideration in introducing the Yellowknife area to visitors; and our numerous promotional campaigns such as the airport direct-line phone board or the yearly Yellowknife city maps all represent additional opportunities for giving your product exposure.
