North Shore Health Network Foundation

The North Shore Health Network Foundation (formally the Blind River District Health Centre Foundation) supports your health care by fundraising for all three sites of the North Shore Health Network (the Richards Landing - Matthews site, the Thessalon site, and the Blind River site). We purchase much needed medical equipment and fund patient services to help patients receive care locally. Ontario hospitals are working harder than ever. Unfortunately, tax dollars alone aren't enough to keep up with the many changes. New technologies and procedures are always coming out. Our hospitals rely on your generous gifts to help buy new and replace ageing equipment. New equipment lets workers give you safer care and helps keep health services in our communities. Why donate? Because 100% of your donation stays local. You can choose to support a specific hospital site or donate to where we need it most. There are a number of ways you can support the Foundation, weather its through hosting a fundraiser, volunteering your time, or donating through one of our donor programs. You can make a meaningful contribution through a One-Time donation, Monthly Giving, or the Grateful Patient program.
