About Me: I am a Registered Social Service Worker and affiliated with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers Bayridge Counselling Centres My focus as a therapist at Bayridge Counselling Centre is helping teens overcome a multitude of issues such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, peer pressure, social issues, bullying, anger management, stress management, goal setting, parent-teen conflicts and substance abuse. I help women of all ages who are suffering from mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, stress and anger issues. I also see clients with Special needs (all ages). I have an adaptive program to help them overcome anxiety, depression and social issues. Finally, I teach a one day Anger Management course for both men and women (all ages) on the fourth Saturday of every month! This course will help you find your triggers and anger styles. I will teach you how to use coping skills to avoid harmful behaviours. Reach4Impossible Through my private practice, I have realized the need for education in our community. Parents don't always need "therapy" but would like understanding as to what their teens are dealing with. Couples would like some tools to reconnect. I started Reach4Impossible that teaches workshops to help individuals and families build stronger relationships through self awareness, coping mechanisms and communication skills.
