New Westminster · The Network Hub

The city that was once the capital of British Columbia, New Westminster blends history with modernity. Its historic buildings and beautifully restored Victorian homes stand right alongside the high rise condominiums that keep popping up in and around the city. Despite the rapid development however, the atmosphere remains relaxed thanks to the city’s well-renowned focus on healthy living. The improved Westminster Quay neighborhood now features a lovely riverside park where you can relax and have a picnic. The newly built River Market is a culinary destination and contains artisanal shops and restaurants offering local and international cuisines. You can also hop on a paddleboat and take a river tour or simply visit the Fraser River Discovery Centre and Samson V Maritime Museum to learn more about the city’s impact on nautical trade. Getting to and from New Westminster is also a breeze with five SkyTrain stations connecting the city to Vancouver and the greater metropolitan region. The airport a nd the United States border are also both within a half hour commute. In real estate, the magic word is location, but if you attach the words “great views” with it, the value rises significantly. That’s why The Network Hub’s Downtown New Westminster location is such a great place to spend a few hours of your day. The workspace is right on the quay and overlooking the Fraser River. It’s just across the street from the New Westminster SkyTrain Station and next to a beautiful urban park with a beach. The newly built River Market and its Golden Plate restaurants like Wild Rice, Long Tail Kitchen, and Re-Up BBQ sits just below the office; literally a minute’s walk! If there’s only one thing you’ll know for sure, good food will never be an issue.
