Natasha Aurora Real Estate

Real Estate is an industry starved for change. What differentiates me from the rest is: Passion My passion for real estate runs deep. I am not only a full-time realtor but an investor as well. My experiences have trained me to understand the fundamentals behind identifying neighbourhood potential, increasing home value and effectively seeing a return on investment from real estate purchasing. I love using the industry knowledge I’ve gained to help my clients make more calculated decisions and negotiate the best deal possible for them. Client Dedication I understand buying or selling a home can be stressful and that’s why I work around the clock to ensure my clients are happy. Whether it’s a late night offer, a four-hour home inspection or finding a cleaner at the last minute to make sure your home shows its best before going onto the market, I’ll be there to make sure everything executes seamlessly. Defined Buying & Selling Process I have a clear process for working with buyers and sellers and I make my clients aware of it from the start so they know what to expect. At every step throughout the process, I keep my clients informed on what they can expect from me, what they need to get done and what will be happening next, so they’re never left feeling in the dark. Research-Based Guidance With a degree in business (BBA) and 7 years working as a Senior Analyst for a global market research consulting firm, I was trained to be highly analytical. I wouldn’t make a purchase of such magnitude without doing my homework and I don’t expect my clients to either. I don’t rely on my industry knowledge alone but I also do the required research to educate my clients on the facts necessary to make a sound decision – one that will improve the day-to-day quality of their lives and benefit them financially. Long-Standing Accessibility Real estate never sleeps and neither do I. I pride myself on being available whenever my clients have a question, concern or just want to chat. This holds true even after the sale is complete. Home ownership is a lifelong endeavour and I want my clients to know that once they buy or sell with me, I stay in touch and will be around to assist them long-term.
