Multi-Area Developments Inc.

Our History – A Legacy of Leadership For more than 30 years, Multi-Area Developments has been building award winning communities that continue to appreciate in value. Under the responsible stewardship of Aldo De Santis, the company has developed and built thousands of homes in an impressive collection of exceptional neighbourhoods. All the experience gained from the beginning of this illustrious journey has inspired the vision to create a landmark community development that has transformed the fabric of the region. From the beginning, Aldo De Santis assembled a team of like-minded professionals who share his vision for quality, craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Skilled trades were hand picked for their Old World artisan craftsmanship and high benchmark of quality. Only sales associates with deep product knowledge and the ability to nurture customer relationships were invited to represent the Multi-Area brand promise. The after sales service team are the final customer friendly ambassadors who go the extra mile to make the home ownership experience a pleasant one.
