Muay Thai is a striking martial art that uses fists, elbows, knees and legs. This art of 8 limbs increases speed, endurance, strength, coordination and flexibility. Aimed at beginner to intermediates, classes include a fun, challenging workout and the basics of standup fighting. Expect lots of partner work - so bring a friend! The club strives to build mentally and physically high performing student athletes with a strong sense of philanthropy and the maturity to handle their martial art appropriately.
