Moksha Yoga St. John's is located in the heart of the downtown core on Duckworth Street, on the ground level of of a beautiful historic building known as Haymarket Square. Moksha Yoga St. John's is part of a community of environmentally conscious yoga studios offering classes to all levels with a global presence and a strong set of guiding principles known as the 7 Pillars. These seven pillars provide an environmentally and ethically conscious foundation from which all aspects of operation are built on. Collectively we strive to communicate that the benefits of yoga are limitless and accessible to all. Moksha (pronounced: mOk'sha) hot yoga is a unique yoga series which combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga in a specially heated room (37C to 39C). The Moksha series helps stretch, strengthen, tone and detoxify the body while promoting a calm mind. The heated room allows students to reach a deeper level of relaxation leaving them feeling refreshed and inspired. The heat helps to increase and strengthen mobility in your joints, helps to detoxify from the inside out, which results in lowering of chronic illness and pain, promoting optimal health. Every Moksha class is suitable for all levels of ability, even ABSOLUTE beginners with limited flexibility! **WARNING: MOKSHA HOT YOGA IS TOTALLY ADDICTIVE**
