Menu Solutions

Menu solutions For all of you who don't always have the time to cook and care about what you eat, we are taking the guess work out of "What's for dinner?" Here's how it works. We send out a menu every Monday night with 4 lunch options, 6 dinner options and a few extras. You choose which you'd like and how many servings. You let us know by Wednesday morning as that's when We start to grocery shop. We prep everything for you. some meals are already cooked, you just have to heat. And some meals have minimum cooking. (We are taking the guess work out of "what's for dinner?"..;) Our goal is to have you eat healthy, eat tastily and eat happily knowing that we cook with no preservatives, or processed foods. All is made from scratch. For instance...mayo, or ketchup, sauces, dressing, ect. If We don't make it from scratch then it comes from the organic store with no surprise GMO, or stuff that you have no idea how to pronounce! Some meals are also frozen. Usually frozen during the early part of the week. So still very fresh or for no longer then a month. We delivery on Sunday mornings to the west island and vaudreuil area. If you live further then this then we can discuss arrangements. Or you have the option of pick-up Upon request We can send out a sample menu to give you an idea what kind of meals we do. If you would like to be a part of our weekly menu solutions email or know of anybody who would, Please let us know. if you have any more questions don't hesitate to ask..☺️ Menusolutions.Ca@gmail.com Taking the guess work out of "what's for dinner?"
