Canada Maple Living started with a group of dedicated diverse international professional students providing services to potential students who wants to study, work and live in Canada. We started as two energetic, top achievers in classroom team and group works, showed exceptional qualities, well recognized with awards, scholarships, and popularity. Today, an idea conceived from a concerned and passionate intellectual, "Babajide Anthony Alao", has developed into a Facebook Page with over 10k likes and over 8,000 engagements, a self-designed website with about 8,000 visits only in June, 2015. Our core business strength is in our ability to identify a pressing concern and to develop the best solution to satisfy that need. We started with an idea that was birth in 2014 from a research work titled; "The challenges of studying and living abroad: Culture Shock". As international students, we researched into why many students feel discouraged when they get disappointed after considering their investment in relation to their expectations and the reality. Anthony conducted and completed his research on culture shock however, he extended his research to uncover other factors such as agency misrepresenting Canadian Institutions, selling false hopes of guaranteed co-op placement, abandoned students and agency's lack of Canadian experience. Anthony, Xinya, and Satish came together in May 26, 2015 to work together to promote Canada as the #1 study destination to top talents and promote Canada Maple Living as a household name in Nigeria, India, China, Canada, and the world at large. What started as a single idea has birth a legal entity in Nigeria in July, 2015 and is legally established as a sole proprietorship business both at the Provincial and Federal level in Canada. It has developed from Anthony and Xinya working together in Sarnia, Ontario to Satish functioning as a support team in Edmonton, Alberta. We are projecting to connect with more partners in Nigeria. That way we can easily access our target market audience, Nigeria. We are very fresh and new in existence however, we have grown a very strong online presence in less than 8 weeks, both on Facebook and Company Website. We have a competent team with a pool of experience such as strong experience in Marketing and Research, International Business Development, Human Resource Management, Masters of Business Administration. Anthony has effectively and efficiently owned and operated Small Businesses in Nigeria with excellent returns on investment between the year 2007 and 2015, he has received excellent recognition home and abroad including intellectual celebration with a scholarship/bursary of over $5000 at Lambton College on merits of high academic achievements.
