Lisa Rockliffe Broker, Ottawa Real Estate

Would you like a better way to buy or sell your home? I offer clients a high level of service and constantly strive to exceed expectations. Whether you are buying your first home, dream home, selling or investing in real estate, I have the experience to simplify the process. Personal and professional experience: In addition to helping numerous clients with their home purchases and sales, my first home-buying experience was at 24 years old and continued to personally purchase and sell a variety of unique properties including century homes, waterfront and rural. Previous to my career in real estate, I developed a wellness centre from the ground up and understand this type of transaction from the owners' view. In addition, have spent several years managing major projects, national accounts and have negotiated numerous large contracts. Along with my business background, I have a formal education in marketing along with nutrition and lifestyle consultation. I am always happy to provide assistance and recommendations to help you achieve your real estate goals. I offer a unique service to my clients by implementing lifestyle assessments and surround myself with a solid network of professionals to assist with building all aspects. Community involvement is important to me and part of my compensation goes directly to women’s shelters & violence-prevention programs. I have worked as a New Canadian's Volunteer coordinator and have direct experience with families who are transitioning to a new country, culture and home. I also provide support to CHEO through the CHEO BBQ and Plan It Safe with the Ottawa Children's Gala.
