We were fortunate to experience a very active Sellers’ market in the early 2000’s but have moved to a more balanced market where Buyers are more educated and have become better negotiators. This does not mean that the houses are selling for any less than they have over the past few years, but that my skills at negotiating the best price for my clients are being constantly tested. My main goals, again, are to price your home fairly, to market it aggressively, and to sell it with a minimum amount of stress at the maximum value.
