Les Vergers Spénard est une exploitation pomicole familiale installée à Saint-Eustache depuis sept générations. En 1996 M. Jean-Claude Spénard a cédé l'entreprise à son fils André. C'est donc André Spénard et sa conjointe Manon Desbiens qui exploitent l'entreprise maintenant. La production des Vergers Spénard en est une d'importance car elle s'établit au-delà de 20 mille minots par année. Plus de 15 variétés de pommes sont récoltées, les variétés dominantes étant : l'Empire, la Mac Intosh, la Cortland et la Paulared. De plus, on y retrouve la Royal Gala, une pomme très recherchée mais peu cultivée dans la région. Il y a 15 ans le verger de type traditionnel à pommiers «standard» s'est métamorphosé en champs de pommiers nains sur axe vertical couvrant 45 acres. Membre de Pommes en Fête, les Vergers Spénard sont ouverts à l'auto-cueillette de la mi-août à la fin octobre.
