Lemieux Creek Ranch 100% Grassfed Beef

We believe that cattle given only what is good for them will provide only what is good for you. Our grass-fed beef is raised with no antibiotics, growth hormones or animal by-products, and are not fed grain or GMO products. Our beef comes from pairing two hearty Scottish breeds: Galloway and Angus. The meat from this cross-breeding is not only good for your health but excels in flavour and tenderness. We take orders year-round, by phone or email. We harvest our animals in the late fall when they are between 18 and 20 months of age. We sell only by the whole and half, although two customers may split a side, taking a quarter each. Our production is limited so we encourage advance orders that are guaranteed with a small deposit. We have sold out for 2013 but would be pleased to take your order for 2014. Please see our website for pricing details.
