Lacombe County Municipal Development Plan and Land Use Bylaw Review

Lacombe County is doing a complete review of its Municipal Development Plan (MDP) and Land Use Bylaw (LUB) beginning in January 2016. In order to be effective, the MDP and LUB need to be relevant and up to date; Lacombe County’s current MDP and LUB were adopted in 2007. While amendments have been made to both these documents since then, it will soon have been a decade since they were both comprehensively reviewed. This review is to gather the feedback from the Lacombe County community to help create a vision for the development of the County for the next decade.
