Kootenay Brigade Powsurf

Inside the bowels of the East Kootenay territory, on the plains of the Elk River . . . . A glimmer of light reflects on three years of Powsurf experimental trimmings embedded throughout a cold, frostbitten gravel floor. This is where one of the most versatile Powsurfers out there has emerged . .. . . Full sheet of carbon fiber drapes an edge grain poplar/ash wood core with triaxial fiberglass sandwiched between a sintered P-tex base and an UHMW topsheet that provides a canvas for artwork with no two boards ever being the same . . .. All of this lies beneath an again custom to every board a "fun pad" , providing you with all the traction needed when pursuing your Frozen Ocean. Throughout our previous winters we have experienced difficult conditions, ie. dust on crust, which has led us to include steel edges. And last but not least one of the main difference makers has been the addition of what we like to call " dual keel " technology on the base of the board, which you will be glad you have when you go hammering thru that tracked pow. These boards are more of a passion project rather than a get rich scheme, as any builder could attest to. We will build you your own Kootenay Brigade Powsurf for $850. Half required up front to get your name on the list.
