Kim MacDowall - Real Estate

Kim is a Real Estate Agent serving Ottawa and surrounding areas, specializing in Residential and Investment Real Estate. Prior to becoming a full-time Realtor, Kim worked for a global consulting company specializing in Management and Technology consulting, where she developed strong Business Acumen and Negotiation Skills while building trusted Client Relationships and exceptional Project Management skills. The experience and skills from this career translated well into Real Estate, especially in building trust with clients, and negotiating the sale process. Over the years Kim developed a passion for Real Estate, starting with several personal home purchases, and then moving into investment properties. She decided to take this passion and, combined with her knowledge and understanding of the business world, concluded that becoming a realtor would be a perfect fit. Kim knows the Ottawa area very well as she attended University here, and has lived in the City for 25+ years. Kim’s main focus is to help her clients in the process of purchasing or selling their home, recognizing that this is one of the biggest decisions/investments of their lives. Kim strives to “exceed” her clients’ expectations, but knows the need to build trust with her clients first, listen to and understand their needs, and then bring extensive knowledge of the Real Estate market in Ottawa. Kim not only offers previous experience, but also provides her clients with the market data, as well as the understanding of this data, and how it can influence the selling of your home and/or purchasing of your new home. She wants to ensure her clients have the data and information they need in order to make an informed decision. Kim assists her clients toward obtaining the best possible results when selling their home, and thoroughly guides them through the process toward finding the best home for this next stage of their lives when looking to purchase. On a personal note Kim is involved in the community with such organizations as Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and Meals on Wheels. She also loves travel, participating in sports/fitness, spending time with family and friends, and is usually up for trying new adventures.
