Karl Ouellette - Graphic Designer

--- Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, I’m a very energetic and talented multidisciplinary graphic designer. Since my childhood, I have been passionate about arts and illustration. This passion led me to pursue my studies in graphic design at the Cégep du Vieux Montréal and at Concordia University to fine-tune particular skills in industrial design and marketing. For a few year after my formation in graphic design, I have worked in the fashion industry. Throughout the years, I was able to rapidly advance my career, particularly at Groupe Dynamite Inc., where I was working mostly for the Garage brand. With extensive experience in branding, graphic design and illustration, I expanded my expertise even further with new challenges that made me explore the wide universe of web and e-commerce design. I helped Groupe Dynamite redefine the Garage brand with an entire new look and helped launched the online store. Since the begining of 2012, I have been working for the agency IdéeConcept where I diversified my usual clients by working on bigger and challenging contracts. I strongly believe in the importance of a healthy balance between functionality and visual impact in all my work. I like it straightforward and bold.
