James McCullough - Property Manager at Kendall Property Management

Bringing over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, James McCullough brings a fresh approach to property management for both the owners and tenants. The hotel industry has trained him well in handling manager-owner and manager-tenant relationships to ensure everything is communicated effectively and in a timely manner. His role in the industry started at the front desk and grew upwards into management, eventually leading to him setting up his own consulting firm, Four Sides Hospitality Consulting. It has helped him grow his business sense, being able to price units effectively and have success marketing the properties. Personally, James is a single father to a young girl and has lived in Kelowna for six years now. He holds a Bachelors in Fine Arts from the University of Regina, went through the Property Management Licensing Course from Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, and is fully licensed for Property Management from the Real Estate Council of British Columbia.
