Indigo Condos in Maple

Plans are in development for Pemberton Group’s newest community – Indigo Condos, coming this fall to the historic Village of Maple, in a coveted Vaughan location. Situated just northwest of Toronto, and adjacent to the Maple GO Station, Indigo will be connected to all the amenities at Major Mackenzie Drive and Dufferin Road. The Village of Maple embodies the quaint charm of the local countryside, and was named for the lush trees that lined Keele Street in the early 20th century. The neighbourhood where Indigo Condos will be built offers culture and convenience, and boasts destinations like Canada’s Wonderland, SilverCity, Legoland Discovery Centre and Eagles Nest Golf Club, to name just a few. Other local hotspots include Farro Restaurant, Sorrento North Ristorante and Stonefire Bar & Grill. Residents will also be surrounded by convenient shopping from Longo’s Maple to Sobeys, and Shoppers Drug Mart to the big box stores at Vaughan Mills. Indigo Condos offers proximity to Mill Pond Park and Frank Robson Park, as well as the future Vaughan Community Health Centre complex. Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital, and Mount Sinai Hospital Sherman Health and Wellness Centre Family Medicine are also nearby. The area is teeming with the allure of urban living, and the community itself will feature its own impressive amenities. Steam rooms for men and women, a fitness centre, yoga studio, party room with catering kitchen and bar, private dining room, theatre and hot tub are all part of the lifestyle that Indigo Condos residents and guests can enjoy. Indigo takes its name in part from the easy access to transit options. Residents will be able to reach Union Station in 34 minutes from Maple GO Station, making the commute into Toronto’s downtown core a breeze. Indigo Condos will be comprised of a 10-storey building with 254 suites and six townhomes. - Buzzbuzzhome
