It is my philosophy that learning through play is a key part of the early childhood learning and care experience. I believe that all children learn through play. Play gives them the opportunity to experiment with language and to imagine and act out a variety of roles and relationships; it enables them to develop social skills, learn about themselves and try to make sense of the world around them. At Honey Bunnies provides an enriched child centered play-based program, to promote the development of the whole child. Every child should feel safe, secure, loved and accepted to enable them to take risks and to express themselves freely. The learning environment will be encouraging to children to allow for success so that children gain self-confidence and be motivated to continue their learning. Children will learn self-discipline through positive guidance techniques such as setting clear limits and redirecting, modeling, and encouraging appropriate behavior. Our relationship with parents is as partners. By working together through continuous open communication and sharing of information we can provide the best care for your child.
