Holistic Healer

As a holistic health practitioner, I view health as a combination of balance between maintaining physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Although western medicine practices hold a great importance and use in regards to health, I find that the use of pharmaceuticals and invasive practices are often overused, while other areas of health may be overlooked when considering the human body, mind, and spirit as a whole. If you are looking for natural practices to prevent health problems, maintain health and wellness, or overcome disease, you've come to the right place! I am a strong believer in the ability of the individual to heal naturally when supported with the right diet, mindset, and supporting therapies. With a background in health sciences, and successfully overcoming the debilitations of a multi-systemic autoimmune disease as well as chronic depression, I offer alternative and complimentary practices to help you access and develop your inner healer, so that you can heal your life! Services include Reiki Energy Sessions, Holistic Health Coaching, Energy Clearing, Angel Therapy, and Card Readings. For more information, please visit www.holistic-healer.com
