Herbal One St. Thomas, Chatham, Windsor & Tillsonburg

We make weight loss success EASY with 3 simple steps: FOOD and NUTRITION Teaching our clients to make better food selections from their own grocery store bought foods is key to improving their nutritional intake. For those who enjoy dining out, we teach what to look for in restaurant menus and how to ask to have certain ingredients either removed or replaced. POWERFUL HERBAL SUPPLEMENTS Canadian-made and privately formulated by our own herbal experts, our natural weight loss supplements provide the stimulus to initiate and maintain weight loss. Carefully selected, these supplements are part of the custom program that, when combined with proper food selections, help control cravings, keep hunger in check and boost energy throughout the weight loss journey...and beyond! PERSONAL GUIDANCE At Herbal One, our counsellors make themselves available during the Weight Loss phase and Stabilization and Maintenance period to ensure that a level of understanding is not only achieved, but attained and maintained. Our counsellors lay out a client's program in easy-to-understand terms and follow along to support and encourage them throughout the process.
