Gord Cowie, Sales Representative, Claimpost Realty Ltd., Brokerage

There are many qualities and skills that go into being a trusted real estate professional – sincerity, honesty, integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, savvy marketing, honed negotiation skills, a high-quality professional network and personal touches. These are the hallmarks of how I work…for you. My ‘client first’ philosophy is borne from a lifelong belief that if I focus on the success of others, my success will naturally follow. As a highly accessible, active listener and good communicator, I will respond promptly to your needs. In addition, I keep myself up-to-date on the latest developments and technologies which will allow me to extend the range of services I am able to provide to you. In my spare time, you can find me volunteering in the community – service to humanity is the best work of life - tossing rocks at the curling club, enjoying a round on the links, riding or hiking the trails or entertaining family and friends. I believe your ‘home is the where your story begins’ and I look forward to helping you write your next chapter. When it comes time to upsize, downsize, relocate or you are a first-time home buyer in the Timmins area, I would be honoured if you would contact me.
