Georgia Beach House

The mainfloor has a two story great room with large windows looking out to Georgia Strait. All of the mainfloor has beech hardwood floors and italian porcelin tiles. The great room has a fireplace, built-ins containing a LCD television and DVD player. The great room opens up to an eating area that can comfortably seat eight at the counter height table. There are large doors to the walk out concrete deck on the ocean side of the home. There is a propane barbeque and patio set to enjoy outside. The eating area is next to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with four stainless steel appliances and all of the necessities for the gourmet cook. The kitchen has cherry stained maple cabinets with a granite counter top and two sinks. There is an island with additional counter height seating with three stools. There is one master bedroom on the mainfloor that has a queen sized bed, fireplace, and large doors and windows to the oceanside and exterior deck. It has a large walk-in closest and a four piece ensuite. The tub is jetted for your relaxing pleasure, a large glass shower, sink and toilet. Also on the mainfloor is a den with a computer and wireless internet access. A two piece powder room for guests. And a fully equipped laundry room. There is a large foyer at the main front door enterance if you are entertaining. On the front street side of the house is a porch. The upper floor has berber carpet and three additional bedrooms. On the east side there is a second ocean view masterbedroom with a king sized bed, fireplace, walk-in closest and five piece ensuite. The ensuite has a jetted tub, large shower, two sinks and a toilet. The ensuite has views to the mountains. There is a cantalevered loft area between the bedrooms upstairs that contains two comfortable chairs, large window and views to the Pacific Ocean. There is one additional bedroom with ocean views and a queen sized bed. There is one bedroom that has views to the bird santuctary and mountains. This bedroom has a bunk bed with a double futon on the bottem and a single on top. Both of these rooms share a five piece jack and jill washroom between them. The house can easily sleep nine people. All of the bedding, linens, bath and beach towels are provided for you. All of the beds have feather duvets with sheet sets with a minimum of 400 thread count.
