When you arrive at GELAM you will have the opportunity to catch your horse from the herd, learn about grooming and tacking up, a riding lesson will be tailored to your level. You can choose to ride English of Western, and experience a relaxed riding lesson on bombproof horses. Check out a recent testimonial: "My daughter loves her riding lessons with Ginger. Ginger is a patient and good-humoured teacher. She takes all the time needed to focus on what my daughter needs to improve her riding and build her confidence. She changes up the lessons and gives my daughter new challenges every time. Ginger is dedicated to her students and her horses. She is clearly very passionate about what she does. It is a joy to spend time with Ginger (and her beautiful horses!) I would highly recommend riding lessons at GELAM. In fact, I am thinking of taking some myself!" We look forward to giving you the opportunity to spend time with our friendly horses! Junior day camps are for children aged 6+ and include riding in a slower version of many Western games, trot poles, a mini-"musical" ride, swimming, crafts, anatomy of a horse, caring for tack, etc. Senior day-camps for children 10+ offer many of the same activities as the Junior camp, only with increased difficulty, as well as jumping, and a trail ride!
