En 2012, Didier Laurent réalise son rêve en faisant l'acquisition d'un coin de paradis au Nouveau-Brunswick. C'est à ce moment qu'il quittera sa Belgique natale pour venir s'installer au fond des bois et apprendre son nouveau métier soit fromager. A la Fromagerie Au Fond des bois, tous les fromages sont élaborés exclusivement avec le lait des 200 chèvres de race Nubienne, Alpine, Lamancha, Saenen et Toggenburg. Elles sont élevées à la chèvrerie et donnent plus d’une centaine de petits chaque année. La Fromagerie offre des fromages au lait de chèvre pasteurisé, du yogourt et de la viande caprine. Au plaisir de vous servir!
