Fredericton Green Party

The Green Party has a coherent, fiscally prudent vision – on everything from health care and social issues, to the economy and environment – that will make Canada an innovative, productive, socially just and ecologically advanced country that will be the envy of the world. Let’s start with a Green vision of Canada with the right people leading it. That Canada includes: A Smart Economy– one that turns old-industry jobs into green jobs by providing sensible economic stimulus and cutting wasteful subsidies to nuclear power and fossil fuels; Strong Communities– that builds communities we want to live in, with safe and healthy food, quality public health care, first-class education, fast and sustainable transportation, and a healthy work-life balance; and True Democracy– that puts power in the hands of Canadians by making every vote count, engaging in respectful debate, and ending the culture of attack politics. The time has come to get on with the job of governing with a plan that cares for our environment, our health and our economy. The time has come to elect Green Party members of Parliament.
