We are your neighbourhood florist. This means that we deliver locally to the West Island and Greater Montreal area. We can also transfer your order almost anywhere in the world. Mostly, we provide flowers for any occasion and important life events; eg. funerals, weddings, births, anniversaries, birthdays, get-well, thank you, ect. We also provide green and flowering plants, greeting cards, gourmet gift baskets, and gifts. Customer service is more important today than ever before. It is one thing that that can truly set one business apart from the others. Our goal is to provide friendly, knowledgeable, and honest service. We can assist you in picking out the most appropriate flowers and by making reccomendations on the care and presentation of flowers/plants. We will go out of our way to do any necessary research to supply the answers to your questions if we can't tell you on the spot. A frequently question asked is "What do people normally do?" This is where our experience and customer service can help you make the appropriate choice for a specific occasion. Customers often look at us funny in regards to the amout of questions we ask for an order. But these questions help us determine the best option for your needs. The possibilities are endless as to what we can create, therefore the questions are a necessary tool to narrow down the options. There are many misconceptions about flowers. Many people expect flowers to last only a day or two, and accept that fact. We think that is unacceptable. We want to offer you the best value for your money. Our customers tell us that our flowers last a long time - 10-14 days for roses. That's more like it! Some other flowers last even longer. We understand that you want good value for your money - and that is what we aim to give you. We love to hear customer feedback, positive or negative, so we can further serve you better.
