What is Energy Healing? There is lots and lots of websites that will give you all kinds of definitions of what Energy Healing is. There also many different types of Energy Healing (Reiki, Healing Touch, Therapeutic Touch, etc). There are also some really good guru's on this subject such as Donna Eden, Caroline Myss, Barbara Brennan and so many more. Energy healing is a form of healing using hands on or hands off the body. It's really great for stress, depression, anxiety and some will say that it helps to relieve pain as well. Basically we live in an environment where we are bombarded with things like cell phones, emissions from cars, emissions from electronic world we live in, emissions from the environment and other things like other peoples energies. Some people can be like vampires. They suck the energy out of you. When we go on day to day life our energy field becomes weak and our chakras get knotted up especially in the solar plexus or we feel heavy in our heart. Energy healing using specific techniques to balance the chakra system and bring the entire system into harmony, grounds us so we are more present, free and spacious inside. Just like when someone gets mad at you or say mean things it affects our chakra system. We can even get tears in our aura as well as in our chakras and these can be fixed with energy healing. Even a loss such as a death or a breakup or a big move or big changes can cause what is called relationship cords causing a lot of grief and pain in the system. These cords can be fixed with energy healing. Helping to release them. It's like reiki except it's better because there is a huge focus not just on the physical but emotional , mental and spiritual.
