I am originally from Los Angeles and have called Vancouver home since 1996. I studied architecture at the University of Southern California and through several professional and personal reincarnations have found Real Estate to be my calling and my passion. From homeowner I became a Real Estate Investor, and from there, spring boarded to a Real Estate Agent with Amex Broadway West Realty. My Real Estate training includes 8 courses on investing strategies, the Real Estate Trading Services course, regular courses from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, and a great deal of hands on experience. Multi–family – Investors are great clients for me and multi–family properties are a very unique market. I am personally invested in this market class and am passionate about this type of investment.
