Depuis maintenant trois générations, nous comptons sur des gens dévouées et passionnées pour assurer notre développement. Nous voulons être à la fine pointe de la technologie dans le domaine acéricole sans compromettre les traditions du sirop d’érable. Afin de respecter l’aspect folklorique de l’acériculture, nous avons conservé et exposé plusieurs antiquités dans la cabane à sucre pour susciter et satisfaire la curiosité de nos visiteurs. Nous, Érablière Yamaska avons comme mission de faire découvrir ou redécouvrir aux consommateurs d’ici et d’ailleurs le sirop d’érable et ses dérivés. Nous désirons instruire la société pour qu’elle puisse utiliser adéquatement le sirop d’érable, qui se veut le substitut du sucre, du miel ou encore de la cassonade, et toutes ses vertus. Nous voulons aussi que notre clientèle puisse profiter de notre savoir et de notre expertise.
